Fried Plantain

Cook until golden brown. Remove pan from heat. Gently remove plantains onto a plate. Sprinkle with sea salt and cinnamon.

..Top crumb topping with a small piece of butter then drizzle honey over apple. Pour apple cider into bottom of dish. Place dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until apple seems soft and crumbs are lightly browned. Allow to cool. Top apple with whipped cream or ice cream and serve.

Allow cheese to melt onto both slices of bread before using a spatula and gently removing slices out of pan and onto a plate. Place bacon, avocado and tomato on top of 1 slice of cheese then cover sandwich with 2nd slice of cheesy bread.  Serve immediately.

Salted Caramel Cannabis Apples


..Blend on high for 1-3 minutes or until texture is smooth and creamy. Add more butter/oil or water if needed. Place blended caramel into a small pan and warm on low for 3-5 minutes just until warmed. Pour date caramel on top of sliced apples. Sprinkle with remaining salt and any toppings. Serve immediately.
