Ganja Grilled Cheese

Allow cheese to melt onto both slices of bread before using a spatula and gently removing slices out of pan and onto a plate. Place bacon, avocado and tomato on top of 1 slice of cheese then cover sandwich with 2nd slice of cheesy bread.  Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite Bread (sprouted, whole grain, gluten free, etc)
4 tablespoons Mighty Fast Butter
2 slices of your favorite Cheese (cheddar, parmesean, etc)
1/4 Avocado, thinly sliced
2 pieces cooked Bacon
2 slices ripe Tomato
Preparation:
After infusing butter in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside above amount to cool. In a large pan, place 2 tablespoons butter and heat on low medium. Place both pieces of bread down on the butter moving the bread around so the butter soaks into bread. Flip both pieces of bread over adding the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Move bread around pan so other side is coated in butter. Place cheese slices onto each slice of bread. Allow cheese to melt onto both slices of bread before using a spatula and gently removing slices out of pan and onto a plate. Place bacon, avocado and tomato on top of 1 slice of cheese then cover sandwich with 2nd slice of cheesy bread.
Serve immediately.
