How to make Cannabis Apple Pie Chia Pudding



Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Chia seeds will eventually swell and give pudding thick texture. When ready to serve, sprinkle walnuts, ginger and a dash of cinnamon on top.

Ingredients
1 cup Mighty Fast Milk (coconut, almond, cashew or dairy)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chunky applesauce
2 tablespoons sweetener (agave, honey or maple syrup)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 apple, diced into bite sized pieces
optional: 1 teaspoon crystallized ginger cut into small pieces
Ingredients:
After infusing milk in the Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, allow 1 cup to cool. When it reaches room temperature pour milk into blender. Add in all ingredients, except walnuts and ginger.
